Become an employee-shareholder

Since 2017, the staff and managers of Fondasol Group have held 60% of the company's capital. A share that is destined to increase with the arrival in 2022 of a second employee shareholding scheme though a save-as-you-earn scheme

Being an employee-shareholder means having the possibility of contributing actively to the development and solidity of your company, and therefore to its sustainability.

It also means benefiting from the fruits of its growth beyond your job, your salary and the statutory requirements.

Become an employee-shareholder

A collective responsibility for our future

Because we are a company with a natural preference for independence, autonomy and personal responsibility, this approach is important to us.

It is what still what ties us to the spirit of enterprise and freedom of our founders, the "four musketeers": Charles Saint-Rémy-Pellissier, Pierre Cadix, Maurice Cassan, and Roger Massonnet.

It is carrying us into a new collective era that is taking over from the family entrepreneurship of our origins in 1996 and a 20-year period when investment funds came to hold a majority of our capital.

Until 2017 when, in conjunction with three minority investment funds, Fondasol Group undertook an MBO to take back control over its own destiny.

With the firm intention of enabling all those who wish to do so to become shareholders and to respond to a growing demand for an employee shareholding scheme: in 2022, the matter will be taken care of, with an increase in capital and the setting up of a company mutual fund (FCPE) to hold shares in the Group.

And so today and tomorrow MAJO is the staff and managers of Fondasol Group

That means we have an extra responsibility and incentive to run our business efficiently.
