Building to last, together
Conviviality. A word that characterises all our agencies, wherever they are. A quality that resists and is constantly being reinvented, whether sharing small moments or big events.
It starts with the daily coffee break and colleagues talking, listening and helping each other out in the office.
It continues with the company social network, where we get to know each other remotely.
It is reinforced when the teams working in the field come back into the office on Fridays, for a chat or to celebrate completing a job, or a problem overcome thanks to solidarity in and between teams...
And it reaches its peak in the events organised by the agencies, everything from barbecues to trips to the restaurant, from escape games to canoeing and karting outings. And not forgetting football, running, petanque, music and more!
Conviviality reinvented, thanks to the public health crisis and the advent of working from home, we have maintained it for 2 days a week through a company-wide agreement.
