Sharing, training and contributing

Making our fields of expertise and our skills more accessible. Sharing our knowledge and know-how. Contributing to the development of the technical and regulatory sides of our expertise

It is through discussion, education and popularisation that we intend to make our areas of technical expertise more visible and better understood, for often they are invisible once a construction is completed.

Customers, partners, stakeholders, engineering schools, etc.: from formal lectures to technical meetings to training days, our actions are orchestrated by our technical department and implemented by all of our employees.

At the heart of our digital transformation process, our technical department is also involved in cross-functional R&D projects relevant to the entire sector.

Sharing, training and contributing

Former Next Gen

Training the new generations

> Numerous Fondasolers are contributing to training future generations of experts, passing on their know-how on initial training courses in engineering schools, IUTs and  universities

Monter Competences

Upskilling our teams

> Because our specialities are complex fields, in-house training, day-to-day support and experience-sharing by our technical leads and our expert engineers are central to our organisation.

Expertises Accessible

Making our expertise accessible to construction professionals

> Through Fondasol Formation, our training department, our experts enable professionals to develop their skills and their understanding of the stakes and issues around our technical specialities.

> We also organise multi-expertise  technical meetings, in a "morning" or "breakfast" format.

Evolution Expertise

Actively contributing to developing our expert fields

> Scientific committees, standardisation committee, quality committees: our technical department is involved in all the flagship bodies in our expert fields.

> Its members are also involved in numerous  R&D projects.

> All these actions are documented and shared at professional conferences or in books and publications that have become references.
