Groupe Fondasol is now led by a dual governance structure, with its President, Olivier Sorin—formerly Chairman & CEO—and its newly appointed Executive Director, Caroline Notre Dame. This leadership is supported by the Group’s various executive bodies, foremost among them the Executive Committee, as well as representatives of employee shareholders.
The objective of this strengthened governance? To accelerate the development of an international engineering group operating in Europe, Africa, and North America, united by a shared foundation of values.

Distinct Roles for a Strengthened Leadership
The specific role of our President? To continue driving our technical and scientific divisions, as well as our Research & Development department, with the vision and independence needed to anticipate future trends and tackle tomorrow’s technical challenges. His mission is also to implement a training-driven approach and efficient solutions to address real-world challenges.
The specific role of our Executive Director? To lead the strategy defined by President Olivier Sorin, with a particular focus on enhancing the excellence of a multi-expert Group within the international engineering ecosystem. She will rely on the Group’s various executive bodies and employee shareholder representatives to achieve this goal.
