DEC Enviro, a Canadian company specializing in environmental engineering, geotechnics, materials engineering, hydrogeology, and building sciences, is joining the Fondasol Group.
With this acquisition, following the integration of the Canadian company Solroc at the end of 2020, the Fondasol Group doubles its activity and workforce in North America (CA 23MCAD for 160 employees), with more than 20% of its turnover generated internationally.

This operation is part of Fondasol's global growth and diversification strategy, aiming to position itself in innovative market segments and become a major player internationally, especially in North America.
In this geography, the complementarity of resources, expertise, and business sectors between Solroc and DEC Enviro will strengthen the Group's ability to respond to public procurement calls in North American markets, including the United States, in a conducive environment for large infrastructure projects and urban renewal initiatives.
The integration of DEC Enviro strengthens Fondasol's multi-expertise approach and local service offering to meet the growing needs of Canadian and American markets.
Among the joint technical skills of Solroc and DEC Enviro, aimed at public and private sector stakeholders, are geotechnical, environmental, and hydrogeological engineering, from investigations to structural design, environmental site monitoring, quality control of materials, and building sciences.
Fondasol Group has launched an extensive innovation and decarbonization program aimed at placing critical thinking at the center of the engineering profession and moving towards greater energy efficiency.
